"My soul, which has been a prison to a whole God, will abandon the body but not its love. They will be ash, but will still have feeling. They will be dust, but dust in love."

Ramsey's love for humanity is rooted in spirituality, which has developed through the years. In spite of the suffering that he has endured, his love and compassion remains steadfast. He writes:

"I thank the Creator for the experience of feeling such emotion that comes from my heart. It is love that overcomes the hatred, cruelty, and inhumane suffering in one's life. Even now as I feel the awareness around me, I must continue the path and direction of our love, spirituality, and understanding of all mankind. This love that I have for my people is  the reason that the Creator of all things universally presents to my life in times of joy, sadness, happiness, suffering, laughter, sorrow, life, sickness, love, loneliness, sacrifice, and prayer."
